BIOACTIVE LTD was established in 1999. Its main activities are to raise Californian redworms, to produce BIOHUMUS and to solve organic waste problems. The company office is in Sofia, Bulgaria. The production base is in a clean region some 15 km from the town of Shumen.

For us the most important thing is the quality of our products. We pay special attention to the selection of the raw materials (cattle and horse manure) and the strict keeping of the production process, which we control at every step. We extract BIOHUMUS once a year when the full humification of the material has finished. Every lot of BIOHUMUS is accompanied by agro-chemical analysis by a licensed laboratory, which proves the quality of the product and the lack of heavy metals. This guarantees the successful usage of BIOHUMUS in biological and conventional agriculture.

BIOACTIVE LTD works for a cleaner environment. In the production process organic wastes are transformed, that otherwise would contaminate the soil and the water. Additionally, using BIOHUMUS decreases the usage of chemical fertilizers, which are main contaminants of the environment and of our food.
